I have reinstalled all the Apple and Oracle Java patches. I have reloaded Adobe Photoshop from my CS6 Design Standard disk. I know that Adobe Photoshop CS5.5 runs as well as I have tested that. Well it runs and loads but appears as a shadowed application. Now Photoshop CS6 fails to load properly.

I am currently in UK and in an idle moment I upgraded it from ElCapitan (10.11.4) to High Sierra (10.13.6).
